Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes in the Storm Blue/Pink/Aqua are one of the best colours to date.
Underfoot Feel
The DNA LOFT v2 cushioning in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes delivers a protective, yet supportive, underfoot feel. This compliments the GuideRails™ support system, and creates a very stable base.
Brooks' signature GuideRails™ support system functions in a similar fashion to the bumpers at a bowling alley. The structure helps keep excess motion in check while also working with your natural motion.
One of the main benefits of GuideRails™ is that it should feel very natural; it only supports your feet and legs when it's needed.
Upper Fit
The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes should fit spaciously in the toe box. However, the midfoot and ankle area should feel secure and supportive.
3D Fit Print overlays also enhance the level of support on offer.
Ideal Run Type
From an intensity perspective, the Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoes should feel best on your slower paced runs. This is because the cushioning offers great protection.
As the GuideRails™ support system helps you when you need it, they should work well for longer runs. Particularly if your form is prone to worsening over the course of a run, as you get tired.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
